For those of us who live in California and work in food, the state's historic drought is never far from our minds. In fact, a sizeable majority of many American fruits, vegetables and nuts are produced in California, with more than 80 percent of the world's almonds production in the state. This workshop is led by Molly Spence, North American Director at the Almond Board of California, and joined by Kwani Brown and Graison S. Grill from Bellagarde Bakery of New Orleans.
